I was wondering if anyone knows how to make a .CT file for Cheat Engine using these Array Of Bytes

Iv tried to make one but cant seem to get the hang of it there were some that i was able to find but for some reason they don't work anymore but the codes are the same. Iv tried to find a Video that shows you step by step on how too create the .CT file but i ent stumbled on one yet. Basically what i want it for is to fast load on refresh with a mouse and keyboard recorder as i find that flash player crashes throughout the night and if i can get the .CT i can set it so that it will refresh the page at a time and then load the file from .CT then start to play again. Any help will be grateful.
