What exactly are you trying to get? There ain't no such tree as willow in the game. Just Fir, Ash, Birch as decorational (and few others). Or were you trying to get wood/timber?

Something is messed up with Charles. It's been working fine and now all of a sudden it's not working anymore. I tried to load it up to grab some sawdust and bacon and the game is freezing up and it's giving a completely different response to what it should be.

All I get now when I accept a gift are these two things.

Try clearing you browser cache. You can run Ccleaner too, that works great.
